General Return & Exchange Policy

  • Products purchased from Aevlon are eligible for return or exchange only under specific conditions mentioned below.
  • Products that are used, damaged, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Products purchased from any offline or physical store, if applicable, are not eligible for return or exchange through the website.

Important: No Credit Policy

  • Aevlon does NOT provide store credit, gift cards, or wallet balance for any returned or exchanged products.
  • We do not offer credit-based refunds under any circumstances.

Eligibility Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • All original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories (if applicable) must be intact
  • The customer must provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase
  • Return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting images or videos may be required to validate the claim.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or exchange for the same product, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or damaged products due to customer handling
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Gifted products
  • Bundled or combo products
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Return Shipping & Handling Charges

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product delivery.
